Superb biography charting the rise and rise of one of motor racing’s all-time greats, from his early racing days through his championship winning years to the end of the Nineties. Jackie won his first Championship in 1969 and two more titles followed in ‘71 and ‘73 with Tyrrell-Ford. When Jackie retired from driving he didn’t retire from racing. He kept involved as a commentator and ambassador for the sport and ran his own Ford-backed F1 team before selling out to Ford (and renaming it Jaguar).
